##Location: In the Lido San Giovanni area, a short distance from the lively seafront, in an area full of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. ##Distances: From the beach: 300 metres from free sandy beaches; 1,5 km from Baia Verde sandy beach – from the beach: 2,5 km from the shopping area; 3,5 km from the old town or "Città Vecchia”. ##Description: A residence, completely renovated and modernized in 2016, surrounded by a manicured lawn and housed in two two-storey buildings with a central internal courtyard. ##Apartments: 21 simple and functional apartments, with private and furnished outdoor spaces, including **One-bedroom apartments**, on the ground floor with a small garden or on the first floor with a balcony, and **Two-bedroom apartments**, all on the first floor and with a large balcony. ##Amenities: Bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, TV, drying rack.
