The Boutique Hotel Chiostro de Domenicani preserves a sophisticated atmosphere that welcomes the guest warmly. The common areas are spacious, overlooking the Cloister and they are perfect to relax while reading one of our books. The neutral colour of the walls, the floor and the carpets create a great contrast with the colourful sofas, the furniture and the paintings. The hotel has a private swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. Gimmi is our Fine Dining Restaurant opened to our inhouse guests and also to the public. The Restaurant is leaded by the Executive Chef Donato Episcopo. His cuisine is an homage to Salento with a personalized touch: each course is an interesting discovery because you can feel the experience that brought Donato Episcopo here. The wine list offers a wide choice of local wines, as well as Italian and International wines.
